Share an App with Other Users

Editor users can open the Share App dialog by clicking the Share button in the header area.

Follow these steps to share the app with another user.

1. Enter the email of the user in the Add people field. This must be the same email under which the user is registered in the workspace.

2. Click on the Share button. The user will now be added to the list.

3. In the Shared with list, select the app role of the added user between Editor and Viewer.

4. Click on OK to close the dialog.
