* Diese Funktion benötigt keine Parameter und gibt einen Bereich zurück, der Informationen über alle aktuell laufenden Timer der aktuellen App enthält.
* Wenn keine Timer laufen, gibt die Funktion einen leeren Wert zurück.
* Der zurückgegebene Bereich enthält die folgenden Spalten:
  1. **Timer-Name** (als Text)
  2. **Timer-Status** (als Text)
  3. **Timer-Startzeit** (UTC-Datum/Uhrzeit, als ISO-String)
  4. **Gestartet von** (Name des Benutzers, der den Timer gestartet hat)
  5. **Widget**, das ausgeführt wird (in der Syntax #seitenname.widgetname)
  6. **Intervall** (in Minuten)
  7. **Letzte erfolgreiche Ausführungszeit** (UTC-Datum/Uhrzeit, als ISO-String)
