App Roles

Similar to workspace roles, each user who is allowed to open an app is assigned to one of the follwing roles:

• Editor

  • enter the Edit mode of an app

  • open the Share App dialog of an app

  • all Viewer permissions

• Viewer

  • open the app in live mode

An Editor user is not allow to change his/her role to Viewer. This must be done by another user, if required.
